About Tanya Shade!

Tanya Shade is not only a dedicated business consultant but also a proud mother of five adult children. Raised in Queens, New York, Tanya’s journey has taken her through various life experiences that have shaped her passion for helping others. She has lived in Charlotte, NC, and Fort Mill, SC, all while commuting from North Carolina to Plano, TX, to attend PSI Institute of Charlotte for Computer Programming.

During this transitional period, Tanya discovered a strong interest in Child Care Development Management at Central Piedmont Community College, where she gained valuable insights into the educational and developmental needs of children. Her educational journey continued at Duke University, where she pursued studies in Grant Writing and Nonprofit Management Operations to strengthen her expertise in supporting community-driven initiatives.

After enduring the tragic loss of her husband in 2022, Tanya found strength in her passion for helping others succeed. Determined to make an impact, she ventured out to expand her career and fulfill her dream of guiding aspiring entrepreneurs through the challenges of building successful businesses and securing funding.
